Approving and monitoring of capital expenditure.
Monitoring ongoing financial performance monthly.
Attendance of board meetings and business review meetings.

Ongoing monitoring of the asset.
Monitoring the competitive market.
Meet with manager on a regular basis.

Negotiating and administering contracts on behalf of the Owner in respect to the property.
Support and review of the annual business plan processes (including the preparation of the annual budget).
Provide assistance on treasury functions, risk evaluation, review of new contracts and Insurance requirements.

Advising on optimum investment strategies.
Advising on management issues.
Monitoring of the local and global hotel investment community.

Selecting and overseeing operators, franchise affiliations and consultants.
